SOUNDS GOOD

Various..

Inspirational bit.

We found our inspiration for the Zambia Music website header at the moment that we discovered the beautiful photograph of elephants along the river at sunset. It turned out that this image was available for download from the site of the Kasaka River Lodge.

This lodge represents a 20 beds luxury camp. It is one of these rare facilities that offer an exceptional thus unforgettable Zambian safari experience. Nestled on the banks of the Zambezi River in the Chiawa Game Management area, set in an environment of natural bush with each chalet secluded amongst the native flora and just 4 kilometers by road to the Lower Zambezi National Park. Worth mentioning is that this is the only stretch on the 2,700-kilometer course of the Zambezi River with National Parks on both banks of the river – namely the Lower Zambezi National Park in Zambia and the famous Mana Pools World Heritage Site in Zimbabwe.

This having said about a beautiful Zambian area, will I also like to share our current idea’s about what we want to do and in which direction we currently think in regard to the Zambia Music website.

Positive Vibrations.

Obviously, we aim at music, music that will recognize the beauty of Zambia on all levels. Music that honors ancient Zambian traditions and positively connecting past time to the time we live in today. Music to make us feel good and to harmonize our inner being. Clean and pure music.

Surfing the Internet for good music and musicians is one avenue, but we hope many site visitors will be willing to support us with bringing inspiring musical Zambians, music and music events to our attention. Anybody engaged in the music industry wherever they live. Every connection with Zambian music can be valuable. We believe that there are highly talented Zambian singers, songwriters, and musicians out there, all over the world. There are black Americans, Brazilians and many more that have their roots in Zambia. Forefathers who long ago were forwarded to new worlds or recently migrated Zambians, but always with proof delivered of a strong breed and capable to start a new life. They surely cherish the Zambesi River inspiration in their heart by which they keep going wherever they are. It will be splendid to get in touch with you.

Your comments, replies, questions, suggest music links, files and articles will be highly appreciated as long as they do justice to Zambia and with respect to all mankind.

Feel free to register (subscriber level) and please let us know -with a motivation for your reasons- when you would like to engage as post author.

Warm regards,

Jackson.
